I can’t believe it is the start of British Summertime already! 2016 is flying by but March has bought me some stunning products & I just HAVE to share with you my favourite beauty finds for this last Month.
Burts Bees Lipstick in ‘Blush Basin’
Now if you follow me on Instagram you will know how much I have raved about this product recently! I received it in my Latest in Beauty Beauty & The Beast Beauty Box & it was such an amazing find! The colour is the perfect shade of natural pink for my skin tone & is so flattering. The combination of this lipstick is super nourishing & moisturising without compromising on pigment colour. A MUST have! Thanks to Latest in Beauty for this amazing find!
Fleur De Force Lashes by Eylure
Finally! Lashes that I don’t have to cut, that look natural yet super fluffy & long! I love the shape of these lashes. They graduate perfectly along the lash line to create the best natural look & offer a fabulous length. Combined with mascara on my own lashes these offer that extra bit of volume for an event or night out without weighing down your eyelids & looking fake. I’m so happy I found these! I purchased mine in Boots for £5.25
Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate by NIOD
I saw this product on Tia Ward’s instagram story & knew if Tia was raving about it that it was something to get my hands on & I was not disappointed. This is the perfect answer to a fuller pout without fillers! I have been using this product for just shy of 1 week & the difference in my pout is amazing. It does tingle – quite intensely – but I don’t mind that as you can really feel the product working. The smell isn’t the best (& don’t ever lick your lips by accident when you have applied this! – TRUST ME) it smells quite medicated but that is the general, overall feel of the brand – the packaging is very simple & almost like something straight out of a science lab but that almost makes the product appear even more effective! You apply this with your fingers, twice a day for 30 days & then once a day as required. After the initial 30 days are up I will be doing a full review & posting my results! Stay tuned! I purchased this from BeautyBay.com for £38.00
Iconic London Illuminator Highlighter in ‘Original’
EVERYONE has been raving about this highlighter so when it came back in stock it was a no-brainer to see the magic for myself! I recently asked Nina Vee what her favourite liquid highlighter is & she raved about Iconic! The sheen & light that this gives is just spellbinding! It lasts ALL day & is just stunning. I apply mine direct to my skin with the built in pipet & the blend with my beauty blender. It is safe to say that I have found my favourite highlighter EVER. I recommend you add this product to your make up bag whilst stocks last – your contour game will be out of this world! I purchased mind from IconicLondonInc.com for £29.99
Kocostar Slice Facemask in Watermelon & Pineapple
I first saw these fun masks on Chloe Morello’s youtube channel. Chloe & Nina Vee both tried these & liked the results so I was interested & included them in a recent ASOS haul! I went for 2 of my favourite fruits – Watermelon & Pineapple.
They are really simple to apply & because they are in small patches you can choose were to place them to concentrate on particular areas. The best thing about these masks is there is no rinsing required after removal – just simply rub the remaining serum into your skin. You can also use these all over your body for super soft & moisturised skin.
My skin felt really hydrated & revitalised & I was really pleased with the results. These are fabulous if you have dry or dull skin & are in need of a little moisture & brightening. They are also available in many different flavours from Tulip & Rose to Lemon & Cucumber. I can’t wait to try more! I purchased mine from ASOS for £4 each
Katie Loxton Candles in ‘Love’ & ‘Bee Happy’
I was drawn to these gorgeous candles because I loved the chic white & gold packaging. All of her products are so cute & I was so happy to come across her collection in Fenwicks, Canterbury.
Since me & my boyfriend have moved into our new home, I thought what better excuse to get some new scents for our new pad! Not that I need an excuse when it comes to candles – I am a self-confessed candle hoarder! I was so spoilt for choice with Katie Loxton’s scents – her candles are in beautifully detailed glass jars with delicated frosted print. I finally decided on two – ‘Love’ – a combination of Fig & Apple Blossom & ‘Bee Happy’ – a combination of Grapefruit & Pink Peony. Both are really original scents & since learning the art of fragrance combining (thanks Jo Malone!) – the two when burnt together compliment each other really well & create a subtle yet distinctive aura. The jars are so pretty & will fit with the style of any interior & any room as they are crisp in white & frosted glass – so cute – creating a glowing ambience with a dreamy scent! I purchased these from Fenwicks, Canterbury for £22.99
‘Rose Jam’ Bubble Bar by Lush Cosmetics
I absolutely LOVE nothing more than relaxing in a bubble bath. It is the one thing that I look forward to after a busy day! So when I come across a Lush store it can be quite dangerous for my bank account! I LOVE Lush & their Bath products & this Bubble Bar is one of my favourites.
With a combination of Lemon, Rose & Geranium Oil plus Cocoa & Shea Butter your skin is left feeling gorgeous & nourished. The generous dose of Rose smells devine! Then we have the colour…PINK! What isn’t there to love? This Bubble Bar produces tons of pink, rosey bubbles & leaves you feeling soft & looked after! A must have for any bath lover! £3.95, Lush
I can’t wait to see what April has in store – it’s my birthday month & my first month of my Cohorted Beauty Box so stay tuned for more exciting unboxing & reviews!
